BRSSD Facilities Assessment & Master Plan

The Facilities Assessment & Master Plan, dated as of May 11, 2010, is a decision-making guide to assist the District with the multiple phases of its facilities improvement program.  The Plan is was developed to consider the need for classrooms to to accommodate enrollment growth, as well as the need to modernize current school facilities. The Plan includes an assessment of the current conditions of the District's facilities, a scope of work items, and a set of projected cost estimates and schedules. The assessments provide the basis for improving all of the District’s schools.  The following are links to the individual sections of the Plan.
